How long does it take to get an account setup?
Once you submit your payment for one of our packages, one of our internet consultants will contact you to complete the process. Generally, you’ll be up and running in less than a week. For free accounts, you will receive a login and password and can begin using our generic templates immediately. Those wishing to have custom design help will continue to work with the consultant on their custom designed newsletter.
Why do I have to go through a consultant?
First, we are very cautious about spam and we require the manual step to ensure that our users are serious and are willing to agree to our anti-spam policy. Second, we want to help you get a great result and working directly with us is the best way to get you up and running quickly.
What about support?
There is a ton of helpful information built into both the on-demand and monthly account systems that isĀ accessible through the “help” feature. You can always e-mail us with questions or problems at support@getacquaint.com.
How does Acquaint integrate with my website?
By adding a simple form you can allow your site visitors to subscribe to your e-mail lists. You don’t have to lift a finger to get more traffic for your mailings/newsletter.
Can my newsletter look like my website?
